On Tuesday 21 January, The Crown Princess held an audience with Gudrun Persson and Fredrik Westerlund from the Swedish Defence Research Agency.

During the meeting, The Crown Princess was given a presentation of the agency's report on Russian military capabilities, which is commissioned by the Ministry of Defence approximately every three years.

The report gives a forecast of Russian military capabilities until 2029. The forecast is based on analyses of Russia's armed forces and its military freedom of action, as well as political and economic factors influencing the development of military capacity.
