The Crown Princess attends a meeting about the Baltic Sea with WWF

On Thursday 22 November, The Crown Princess attended a meeting about the Baltic Sea with WWF.

During the meeting, WWF presented its Baltic NOW initiative, which involves ensuring greater protection of the Baltic Sea to reduce eutrophication and the death of the seabed, and to achieve sustainable fishing.

At the end of the meeting, WWF presented the Baltic Sea Manifesto to The Crown Princess. The manifesto contains 1,265 personal narratives and challenges from Swedish inhabitants about the importance of the Baltic Sea to them and their wishes that everyone who is able to get this message across should help.

The meeting was held at Ulriksdal Palace in Solna.
