On Tuesday 2 November, The Crown Princess Couple continued their visit to Finland.
The day began with a meeting with Minister of Health and Social Services Paula Risikko, who talked about children's health, cardiovascular diseases and general health issues in Finland.

The Crown Princess Couple then visited Happi, Finland's biggest activity centre for young people aged between 15 and 25. Happi is run entirely on young people's own terms and in accordance with their own ideas, with the support of attending adults. Activities include theatre, film-making, script-writing, music videos and computer games. The young people have established their own constitution for rights and obligations at Happi. The whole of Happi is a "free zone" — free from bullying and exclusion, issues which are close to the hearts of The Crown Princess Couple.
The Crown Princess Couple were given a guided tour by 18-year-old Ville Majamaa, Chairman of the Board of the Helsinki Youth Association, active Scout and Happi member. Ville showed The Crown Princess Couple around and told them about Happi's work.

Helsinki City Hall

The Crown Princess Couple then continued to Helsinki City Hall, where they were welcomed by Chairman of the City Council Otto Lehtipuu and Lord Mayor Jussi Pajunen. The Crown Princess Couple also had the opportunity to meet the public who had gathered on the square outside.
In her speech from the balcony of the City Hall, The Crown Princess said that it was no coincidence that she and Prince Daniel were making one of their first foreign visits together to Finland. Instead, this was "an expression of how close Finland and Sweden are to each other, and that Finland has a special place in my heart".
